Every project is different and our goal is to provide a realistic timeline for how quickly your project can start and when you can expect it to be complete. Generally, here is what to expect:

• Initial Estimate: 2 Weeks

• Plan and Home Design: 45-60 Days

• Financing: 30-45 Days

• Construction: 4-8 Months

Once your Plan Design, Home Selections, and Budget are finalized, you are ready for the next step - Construction! If you are self financing, Willow Homes can start immediately upon proof of funds. If you finance with a lender, plan for approximately 30 days to close your loan. Once your loan is closed, Construction kicks off!
