Every project is different and our goal is to provide a realistic timeline for how quickly your project can start and when you can expect it to be complete. Generally, here is what to expect:
Initial Estimate: 2 Weeks
Plan and Home Design: 30-45 Days
Financing: 30-45 Days
Construction: 3-7 Months

Project Next Steps:
Once your Plan Design, Home Selections, and Budget are finalized, you are ready for the next step. If you are self financing, Willow Homes can start immediately upon proof of funds. If you finance with a lender, plan for approximately 30 days to close your loan. Once your loan is closed, Construction kicks off!
